Submission Instructions
Papers will be submitted by electronic submission through ASSYST:
https://assyst-online.org:8080/submission/welcome.do
The authors are advised to submit each paper to one of the FOUR tracks in the web according to the topics addressed in the paper. The page length limit is 9 pages in IEEE double column format with font size not smaller than 9 points.
