Call for Papers

Scope

Wireless Internet is quickly developing to become a reality due to the fast evolution of various wireless access technologies. The merging of heterogeneous wireless networks and the next generation Internet more bring the wireless Internet into a variety of application scenarios which provide mobile users with a wide range of extremely demanding services, such as high-speed data and real-time multimedia delivery. On the other hand, it is of vital importance to achieve an essential understanding of wireless Internet architectures and explore new services and solutions in order to achieve the ultimate goal of wireless Internet access anytime anywhere. WiCON 2019 will continue to serve as a premier international conference to discuss novel research results related to the emerging wireless internet. The focus of WiCON 2019 will be on advanced wireless access technologies, wireless mesh networks, interworking of heterogeneous networks, next-generation wireless internet, 5G technology, Internet of Things, Healthcare Internet of Things and Industrial Internet of Things practice methodology.

WiCON attendees will present novel ideas, exchange points of view, and foster collaborations. Papers, posters, and demos expressing the point of view of middleware and platform providers, smart object providers, application developers, and researchers are particularly welcome.
