Cut-Off Date:
The group rate is valid up until the cut off date October 16, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability. Failure to reserve guest rooms before the cut-off date will not impact the enforceability of the Attrition or Cancellation clauses.

Rates listed are based on single or double occupancy. There will be an additional charge of seventy dollars ($70.00), plus tax for any adult (eighteen years or older) in a room (for a third person). Children under eighteen (18) may stay for free in their parent’s room when using existing bedding. The maximum number of persons per room is four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children.
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 11.41%.
