Submission Guidelines

Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of no more than 8 pages IEEE double column format. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through the EDAS system.

Important Dates

Submission of papers (to be received by): extended to February 14, 2005

Notification of Acceptance: March 30, 2005

Submission of camera-ready papers: April 30, 2005

Conference Dates: July 10-15, 2005

Tutorials

Proposals for tutorials are solicited. Evaluation of tutorial proposals will be based on the expertise and experience of the instructors and on the relevance of the subject matter. Potential instructors are requested to submit a tutorial proposal of at most 5 pages, including a biographical sketch, to the Tutorial Co-Chairs, Haiyun Luo (haiyun(at)cs(dot)uiuc(dot)edu). The deadline for tutorial proposals is March 4, 2005.
